4 tbsp Cheddar Cheese
 
30g Prosciutto
 
1 Egg(s)
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
0.5 tbsp Chives
 
2 tsp Olive Oil
 
1 pinch Salt

Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan on medium-high heat

Add bell pepper and sliced prosciutto to the pan and fry for about 5-7 min
