2 tbsp Feta Cheese
 
1 tbsp Olive Oil
 
1 pinch Salt

Instructions:
1.

In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt, and ground black pepper

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat

Pour in the egg mixture and let it sit, without stirring, for about 20 sec

Add feta cheese, tomato, and stir everything with a wooden spoon, lifting and folding it over from the bottom of the pan

4.

Remove from pan when the eggs are slightly runny

5.

Serve scrambled eggs on a plate and sprinkle with parsley
