4 drops Liquid Stevia
 
120ml Double Cream (Heavy Cream)

Instructions:
1.

Take the egg yolk and whisk until it's fluffy

Heat a nonstick frying pan over medium heat

Add the double cream, vanilla essence, stevia, and simmer until the cream thickens

Reduce the heat and slowly stir in the whisked egg yolk into the mixture

Combine well and let it simmer on low heat until it thickens while making sure to stir constantly

Then cool the mixture by placing it in the refrigerator

In a bowl, whisk the egg white until it becomes stiff and fluffy

Take the cooled mixture out of the refrigerator and mix it with the egg white

Pour the mixture into a container with a lid and keep it in a freezer until it reaches the desired firmness

Serve in a bowl
