120g Spinach
 
1g Parmesan Cheese
 
2 tsp Olive Oil
 
10g Sun-dried Tomatoes
 
1 pinch Garlic Powder
 
50ml Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
95g Salmon Fillet
 
1 pinch Italian Seasoning
 
2 tbsp Water

Instructions:
1.

Heat olive oil in a medium nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat

Add salmon and cook for 3-4 min on each side until brown

Remove salmon and set aside on a plate

In the same pan add double cream, water, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese

Whisk over medium heat until it starts to thicken

Then add spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and let them simmer until the spinach starts to wilt

Add salmon back to the pan and serve
