125g Smoked Salmon Fillet
 
1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
 
75g Courgette (Zucchini)
 
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
 
1 pinch Salt

Instructions:
1.

Cut courgette into thin, noodle-like strips, or use a vegetable spiralizer

Toss with salt, and place in a colander to drain for 10 min

Heat olive oil in a nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat

Add courgette noodles to the pan and sauté for 1-2 min, until soft

Add in chopped smoked salmon, mayonnaise, and a little bit of water (about 3-4 tbsp)

Stir well
