Ingredients:
 
270g Mushrooms
 
2 tsp Butter
 
1 tbsp Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
100g Pork Chop
 
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 tbsp Parsley

Instructions:
1.

Chop the pork into pieces

Season with minced garlic, salt, and ground black pepper

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat

Add the pork and cook for 8-10 min until golden brown

Set aside

Heat the butter to the same frying pan over medium heat

Add sliced mushrooms and cook for about 5 min, stirring occasionally

Add double cream, cooked pork into the frying pan

Reduce heat to low, and simmer for about 5 min

Serve with chopped parsley on top and enjoy!
