Ingredients:
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
60g Cauliflower
 
3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
 
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil
 
110g Prawns (Shrimp)
 
1 tbsp Butter
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice
 
3.5 tbsp Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
4 leaves Basil

Instructions:
1.

Place cauliflower in a food processor and pulse until the mixture resembles rice

Set aside

Melt butter in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat

Add prawns, garlic, lemon juice, and cook for 3-4 min

To the pan with prawns, add olive oil, cauliflower rice, and cook for 2-3 min more

Then add double cream, parmesan cheese, salt, and ground black pepper

Stir well

Reduce heat to low, cover the pan and cook while stirring occasionally until cauliflower is creamy and tender, for 6-8 min

Serve with basil leaves
