Ingredients:
 
60g Broccoli
 
2 cloves Garlic Cloves
 
50g Asparagus
 
1 tbsp Olive Oil
 
1 tbsp Butter
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
60ml Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
2 pinches Salt
 
10ml Lemon Juice
 
25g Cherry Tomatoes
 
115g Salmon Fillet

Instructions:
1.

Cut off the woody bottoms of the asparagus spears

In a pot, boil the asparagus and broccoli for 3-5 min

Rinse in cold water

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat

Season the salmon on both sides with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper, and sear in the hot pan

Cook for about 5-6 min on each side

Once cooked, remove from the pan and set aside

Melt the butter in the remaining juice leftover in the pan

Add in the garlic and fry for 1 min until fragrant

Whisk in double cream

Bring to a simmer and let thicken slightly for 2-3 min

Stir in lemon juice and season with salt and ground black pepper

Place the cooked salmon on the plate

Top with cherry tomatoes and sauce

Add cooked broccoli and asparagus next to salmon
