Ingredients:
 
120g Cauliflower
 
2 tsp Mustard
 
2 pinches Salt
 
2 pinches Ground Black Pepper
 
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
 
1 tbsp Chives
 
20g Mayonnaise
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
30g Cheddar Cheese
 
2 Egg(s)

Instructions:
1.

Steam the cauliflower florets for 8-10 minutes or until they are not too soft but tender

Drain and put into a bowl

Boil the eggs for 10 minutes in a saucepan of simmering water

Cool and peel

Chop the eggs and add to the bowl with cauliflower

Add grated cheddar cheese and season with salt and ground black pepper

In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and minced garlic together

Add to the cauliflower and mix well

Sprinkle with chopped chives and enjoy!
