120g Parmesan Cheese
 
20ml Olive Oil
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 pinch Garlic Powder
 
150g Courgette (Zucchini)
 
3 tbsp Cream Cheese
 
6 leaves Basil
 
1 pinch Salt

Instructions:

Cut courgette into thin, noodle-like strips, or use a vegetable spiralizer

Toss with salt and place in a colander to drain for 10 min

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat

Add courgette noodles, garlic powder, and cook for 3-5 min, until tender

Add cream cheese, parmesan cheese, ground black pepper, and a little bit of water (about 3-4 tbsp)

Stir well

Serve on a plate

Garnish with basil leaves
