Courgette Noodles with Prawns

Courgette Noodles with Prawns

15 MINUTES
This dish is a delicious and healthy option for those following a ketogenic diet. Instead of regular noodles, this recipe calls for courgette noodles, also known as zoodles. Courgette noodles are a great alternative to traditional pasta because they are low in carbohydrates and calories, but still provide a satisfying texture. The dish is made with succulent prawns, which is a great source of protein and complements the courgette noodles perfectly. The prawns are sautéed in a savoury blend of herbs and spices, adding depth and complexity to the dish. This recipe is perfect for any seafood lover looking for a low-carb and delicious meal.
