80g Tomatoes
 
3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
 
1 tbsp Olive Oil
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
100g Courgette (Zucchini)
 
4 leaves Basil
 
90g Minced Pork (Ground Pork)

Instructions:
1.

Cut the courgette into thin, noodle-like strips, or use a vegetable spiralizer

Heat half of the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add minced pork, salt, and ground black pepper

Cook the pork stirring from time to time, until it becomes brown and crispy, about 6-7 min

Add tomato and cook 4 more min, stirring occasionally

Meanwhile, in a different pan, heat the remaining olive oil over medium heat

Add the courgette noodles and cook for 2-3 min, until tender

4.

Serve the courgette noodles on a plate and top with the pork mixture and parmesan cheese

Garnish with basil leaves
