1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
70g Chicken Breast
 
60g Cherry Tomatoes
 
2 cloves Garlic Cloves
 
60g Courgette (Zucchini)

Instructions:

Cut courgette into thin, noodle-like strips, or use a vegetable spiralizer

Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat

Add garlic and cook for about 30 sec, until fragrant

Cook chicken for 5-6 min or until golden and cooked through
