The dish is made with spiralized courgette noodles, which are sautéed until tender and then topped with crispy bacon strips and a perfectly cooked egg. Ingredients:
 
2 pinches Salt
 
2 pinches Ground Black Pepper
 
60g Courgette (Zucchini)
 
1.5 tbsp Sour Cream
 
1.5 tbsp Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
25g Bacon
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
2 tbsp Cheddar Cheese
 
1 Egg(s)

Instructions:
1.

Cut the courgette into thin, noodle-like strips, or use a vegetable spiralizer

Bring water to a light boil in a saucepan

Add salt

Stir the water in circles to create a swirl using a spoon

Crack the egg into the moving water

Let the egg simmer for 3 min and remove them from the water using a slotted spoon

In the meantime, prepare the sauce

Mix double cream, soured cream, and grated cheddar cheese in a bowl

Set aside

In a frying pan over medium heat add bacon and fry on both sides until crispy

Remove from the pan

Add minced garlic into the pan and stir-fry for 30 sec

Add sauce in and stir until you have a creamy mixture and bring it to a simmer

7.

Add the courgette pasta in and cook for 1-2 min

Do not overcook

Season with salt and ground black pepper

Crumble fried bacon on top and add the poached egg
