15g Butter
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
80g Courgette (Zucchini)
 
1 pinch Xanthan Gum
 
1 pinch Garlic Powder
 
115g Cheddar Cheese

Instructions:
1.

Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C

Grease the ovenproof pan with half of the butter

3.

Layer ⅓ of the courgette into the pan followed by ¼ of the cheddar cheese

Alternate layering courgette and cheddar cheese until used up

Combine the remaining butter, garlic powder, xanthan gum, salt, and ground black pepper in a microwave-safe dish

Heat for 1 min or until the butter has melted

Whisk until smooth

5.

Gently pour the butter mixture over the courgette layers and bake in the oven for about 40 min or until the liquid has thickened and the top is golden brown
