1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
 
1 Egg(s)
 
100g Courgette (Zucchini)
 
60g Bacon
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 tbsp Double Cream (Heavy Cream)

Instructions:
1.

Cut the courgette into thin, noodle-like strips, or use a vegetable spiralizer

Toss with salt, and place in a colander to drain for 10 min

Beat the egg, ground black pepper, and double cream together

Heat the olive oil in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat

Add diced bacon and fry until brown

Then add garlic and cook for 30 sec more

5.

Add the courgette noodles to the pan and cook for 1 min

Remove the pan from the heat and let cool for 1-2 min

6.

Then pour the egg mixture into the pan with courgette noodles, stir well
