1 tbsp Olive Oil
 
2 Egg(s)
 
2 pinches Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
25ml Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
15g Bell Peppers
 
4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
 
25g Bacon

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat

Add diced bacon and fry for 4 min

Then, add the chopped bell pepper and sauté for about 3 min more

Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and ground black pepper

Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the fried ingredients

Pour the whisked eggs into an oven-safe dish, together with sautéd bell pepper and bacon

Place it into the oven

Bake for about 20 min or until the eggs set
