These savoury fritters are made with grated courgette, melted cheddar cheese, and a handful of other simple ingredients. Ingredients:
 
1 tbsp Olive Oil
 
3 tbsp Dill
 
1g Courgette (Zucchini)
 
65g Cheddar Cheese
 
1 tsp Smoked Paprika

Instructions:
1.

Squeeze the water out from the courgette by hand

Then transfer to a medium-sized bowl

Add dill to the courgette and reserve a pinch for later

Finally, add cheddar, smoked paprika to the courgette mixture and mix it all well

Heat the oil in a medium-size frying pan

5.

Form fritters by hand and fry for 2-3 min on each side on medium heat

6.

Transfer onto a plate, sprinkle reserved dill and enjoy!
