180g Tofu
 
1 tbsp Olive Oil
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 tbsp Lime Juice
 
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
 
1 tsp Coriander (Cilantro)

Instructions:
1.

Drain off the excess liquid of tofu and cut it into slices

In a bowl, mix together tamari, lime juice, salt, and ground black pepper

Add tofu slices and stir well

Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat

Add tofu with sauce and fry until brown

Serve fried tofu slices on a plate and sprinkle with coriander
