60g Tomatoes
 
15g (0.50 cup) Lettuce
 
110g Courgette (Zucchini)
 
1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
 
1.5 tbsp Butter
 
165g Cod Fillet
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
 
5 sprigs Dill

Instructions:

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat

Add cod fillet and fry for 4-5 min on each side until nicely browned
