Ingredients:
 
4 drops Vanilla Extract
 
4 tbsp Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
 
3 tbsp Mascarpone
 
1 tbsp Cream Cheese
 
1 pinch Ground Cinnamon
 
45g Strawberries
 
3 tsp Erythritol

Instructions:
1.

Put the mascarpone, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, half of the erythritol, and half of the double cream in a blender or bowl

Blend or whisk with an electric mixer until well combined and the whipping cream starts to thicken

Stop when you have a creamy consistency

In a separate bowl, whisk the remaining double cream, cream cheese, and remaining erythritol

Fill chocolate mousse into a serving glass, dolloping the vanilla mousse on top

Add halved strawberries and sprinkle cinnamon on top
