Chili Lime Prawns with Courgette Noodles

Ingredients:
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
4 tsp Olive Oil
 
145g Prawns (Shrimp)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 tbsp Lime Juice
 
1 pinch Ground Cumin
 
80g Courgette (Zucchini)
 
1 tsp Coriander (Cilantro)
 
4 tsp Sesame Oil
 
1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes
 
1 pinch Smoked Paprika
 
1 pinch Chilli Powder

Instructions:
1.

Cut the courgette into thin, noodle-like strips, or use a vegetable spiraliser

Toss with salt and place in a colander to drain for 10 min

In a bowl, mix together lime juice, coriander, sesame oil, garlic, chili powder (optional), cumin, smoked paprika, ground black pepper and red pepper flakes

Add prawns and stir well

Heat a frying pan over medium heat

Add prawns with the sauce and cook for 2-3 min on each side, then remove and set aside

4.

In the same pan, heat olive oil over medium heat

Add courgette noodles and cook for 3-4 min

5.

Serve courgette noodles with prawns on a plate
