Ingredients:
 
2 pinches Salt
 
2 pinches Ground Black Pepper
 
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
 
110g Chicken Breast
 
2 pinches Dried Oregano
 
170g Broccoli
 
60g Bell Peppers
 
2 pinches Curry Powder
 
3 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions:
1.

Slice the chicken breast into bite-size pieces and season with salt, ground black pepper, and oregano

Heat the pan with half of the olive oil

Add chicken and cook for 5-6 min stirring occasionally

Place the broccoli and bell pepper in a steamer basket and place it in a saucepan filled with water (or use a pot with a metal strainer or colander)

Bring the water to boil, cover, and steam until crisp-tender, for about 5 min

4.

Serve the cooked chicken with broccoli and bell pepper

Drizzle with lemon juice, remaining olive oil, and season with curry powder
