Ingredients:
 
1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
 
70g Chicken Breast
 
40g Bacon
 
75g Mushrooms
 
2 tbsp Basil
 
40g Spinach
 
10g Sun-dried Tomatoes
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
25g Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions:
1.

Heat half of the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat

Add the diced chicken, season with salt and ground black pepper, and fry for 6-7 min, stirring occasionally

When the chicken is nearly done, mix in minced garlic and cook until the chicken is completely cooked through

Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside

Add the chopped bacon to the pan and cook until crisped up

Add the bacon aside with chicken

Add the sliced mushrooms and chopped basil to the pan

Mix together and cook for 2-4 min

5.

Add the spinach to a serving bowl and top it with fried chicken, bacon, and the mushroom mixture

Add chopped mozzarella and garnish with the chopped sun-dried tomatoes

6.

Drizzle with the remaining olive oil
