Ingredients:
 
50g Bell Peppers
 
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
 
1 tbsp Olive Oil
 
1 handful Rocket (Arugula)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice
 
125g Chicken Breast
 
1 pinch Smoked Paprika

Instructions:

Chop chicken breast into strips

Season with salt, ground black pepper, and smoked paprika

Heat olive oil in a wok or a frying pan over medium-high heat

Add chicken strips and fry for about 4-5 min

Then add capsicum and stir-fry for a few minutes more or until the capsicum becomes tender

Stir in sesame seeds and lemon juice
