Ingredients:
 
1 tsp Mustard
 
70g Cherry Tomatoes
 
40g (0.33 cup) Parmesan Cheese
 
1 tbsp Olive Oil
 
1 tsp Water
 
85g Chicken Breast
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1.5 tbsp Mayonnaise
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
60g Cucumber
 
30g (1.00 cup) Mixed Leaf Salad

Instructions:
1.

Preheat an oven to 350°F/175°C

In a small bowl mix together mayonnaise, mustard, ground black pepper, garlic, warm water, and half of the parmesan cheese

Set aside

Add chicken to a baking dish

Season with salt, ground black pepper, and drizzle with olive oil

Bake for 20-25 min

4.

In a serving bowl add cherry tomatoes, spring mix salad, cucumber, sliced chicken, and mayonnaise dressing

Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese on top
