Ingredients:
 
90g Lettuce
 
30g Parmesan Cheese
 
2 tbsp Olive Oil
 
2 pinches Salt
 
2 pinches Ground Black Pepper
 
100g Cherry Tomatoes
 
70g Chicken Breast
 
1 pinch Dried Basil
 
1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions:

In a bowl add half of the olive oil, a pinch of salt, and ground black pepper

Add chicken breast into a bowl and toss well to combine

Heat a grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat

Add chicken and grill for about 3-5 min (each side) or until cooked through and no pink inside

In a serving bowl add chopped lettuce and halved cherry tomatoes

Drizzle with the remaining olive oil, and season with a pinch of salt, ground black pepper, and dried basil

Mix everything
