60g Lettuce
 
50g Courgette (Zucchini)
 
4 tsp Olive Oil
 
4 tsp Butter
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
 
1 pinch Dried Thyme
 
70g Cherry Tomatoes
 
100g Chicken Breast
 
1g Lemon Zest

Instructions:

Melt butter in a pan over medium-high heat

Add chicken and cook for 7-8 min on each side or until golden brown and no longer pink inside

Chop the cooked chicken
