Ingredients:
 
3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
 
2 tbsp Olive Oil
 
2 pinches Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
2 pinches Garlic Powder
 
100g Courgette (Zucchini)
 
100g Minced Chicken (Ground Chicken)
 
4 leaves Basil
 
4 tbsp Tomato Puree
 
1 pinch Ground Paprika

Instructions:
1.

Combine ground chicken with garlic powder, ground paprika, ground black pepper, and a pinch of salt

Form small meatballs

Heat the olive oil in a medium nonstick frying pan over medium heat

Add meatballs and cook, with a lid on, for about 8-10 min

Add tomato purée and lower the heat

Cook for a few minutes more and turn the heat off

To make the courgette noodles, slice the courgette into thin strips lengthwise (or use a courgette spiralizer)

Blanch the courgette noodles in a small pot with boiling water for a few minutes

Serve the courgette noodles and meatballs with tomato purée on the plate

Season everything with a pinch of salt

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh basil
