20g (0.25 cup) Tinned Tomatoes
 
2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
 
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil
 
20g Sun-dried Tomatoes
 
3 pinches Salt
 
2 pinches Ground Black Pepper
 
100g Minced Chicken (Ground Chicken)
 
4 tbsp Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
50g (0.50 cup) Broccoli

Instructions:

For the meatballs, in a bowl, combine ground chicken with grated parmesan cheese, finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of ground black pepper

Roll the mixture into smaller meatballs

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat

Add the meatballs

Fry, turning the meatballs often until they are browned, for about 15 min

Add double cream and tinned tomatoes

Boil and let it simmer over medium heat for about 10 min

Season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of ground black pepper

Meanwhile, boil broccoli florets in lightly salted water for about 5 min
