Ingredients:
 
4 tbsp Feta Cheese
 
23ml Olive Oil
 
40g Rocket (Arugula)
 
2 pinches Salt
 
2 pinches Ground Black Pepper
 
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
 
90g Chicken Breast
 
15g Cream Cheese
 
1 tsp Dill
 
70g Cherry Tomatoes

Instructions:

Season chicken with a pinch of salt and a pinch of ground black pepper

Heat half of the olive oil in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat

Add the chicken to the pan and cook for 7-8 min on each side or until golden brown and no longer pink inside

Add cherry tomatoes to the same pan and fry for a few minutes (if desired)

Meanwhile, in a small bowl mix together cream cheese, lemon juice, dill, salt and ground black pepper

Set aside

Assemble chicken, rocket leaves, feta cheese, and cherry tomatoes on a plate and drizzle with the remaining olive oil

Serve with the cream cheese dip on the side
