Ingredients:
 
6 Asparagus
 
1 tbsp Olive Oil
 
2 pinches Salt
 
2 pinches Ground Black Pepper
 
100g Cherry Tomatoes
 
130g Chicken Breast
 
2.5 tbsp Cream Cheese
 
0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
1 tsp Dill
 
1 tbsp Parsley

Instructions:
1.

Season chicken with a pinch of salt and a pinch of ground black pepper

Heat half of the olive oil in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat

Add the chicken to the pan and cook for 7-8 min on each side or until golden brown and no longer pink inside

Meanwhile, add asparagus to a steamer (or you can use a pot with a metal strainer or colander) and steam for about 8-10 min or until tender but still bright green

In a small bowl mix together cream cheese, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and ground black pepper

Set aside

5.

Assemble chicken, asparagus, and cherry tomatoes on a plate and drizzle with the remaining olive oil

Serve with the cream cheese dip on the side and garnish with parsley
