100g Cheddar Cheese
 
1 tbsp Olive Oil
 
2 pinches Salt
 
2 pinches Ground Black Pepper
 
2 pinches Garlic Powder
 
1 pinch Dried Oregano
 
200g Courgette (Zucchini)
 
100g Cherry Tomatoes
 
100g Chicken Breast
 
1 pinch Ground Paprika
 
1 tbsp Dill
 
1 tbsp Parsley

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200°C

Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces

Season with ground paprika, a pinch of salt, a pinch of ground black pepper, and a pinch of garlic powder

Heat half the amount of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat

Add chicken and cook for a few minutes

In a baking dish, add sliced courgette, whole cherry tomatoes, and fried chicken

Season with a pinch of salt, a pinch of ground black pepper, dried oregano, and a pinch of garlic powder

Drizzle the rest of the olive oil

Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top

Place the baking dish into the oven and bake for about 15 min or until courgette becomes tender and cheddar cheese melts

Garnish casserole with fresh dill and fresh parsley
