This low-carb, high-fat pudding packs a nutritious punch with chia seeds and flaxseeds, both rich in healthy omega-3 fatty acids. The rich and creamy texture of the pudding is complemented by the natural sweetness of fresh berries. Enjoy this keto-friendly pudding as a nourishing breakfast or as a guilt-free dessert.

Ingredients:
 
15g Chia Seeds
 
2 drops Vanilla Extract
 
2 drops Liquid Stevia
 
25g Blueberries
 
25g Blackberries
 
120g Greek Yoghurt
 
80ml Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
5g Flaxseed
 
2 pinches Ground Cinnamon

Instructions:

To a jar or a bowl with a lid add Greek yoghurt, 36g of double cream, 17g of chia seeds, 7g flaxseed, 2 drops of vanilla extract, and 2 drops of liquid stevia

Mix well to combine

Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least for 6 hrs

Serve with the blackberries and blueberries on top
