10ml Olive Oil
 
15g Bacon
 
2 Egg(s)
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 pinch Ground Paprika
 
10g Bell Peppers
 
1 pinch Salt
 
2 tbsp Dill
 
3 tbsp Coriander (Cilantro)

Instructions:

Heat a medium nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat

Add diced bacon, bell pepper, and cook for 4-5 min

Set aside

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together eggs, ground paprika, salt, and ground black pepper

In the same pan, heat olive oil over medium heat

Pour the egg mixture and constantly stir for a fluffy texture

Once eggs are halfway cooked, add cheddar cheese, bacon, and bell pepper

Stir well

Serve scrambled eggs on a plate

Sprinkle with dill and coriander
