150g (1.00 cup) Asparagus
 
25ml Olive Oil
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
180g Mozzarella Cheese
 
1 pinch Salt

Instructions:

Preheat an oven to 220°C

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Arrange asparagus on a baking sheet

Set aside

In a small bowl mix together olive oil, garlic, salt, and ground black pepper

Drizzle the oil mixture over the asparagus and toss to evenly coat

Bake for 10-15 min until tender

Return to the oven and bake until cheese melts, for about 4-5 min
