15g Butter
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
65g Broccoli
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
60g Cheddar Cheese

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 390°F/200°C

Boil the broccoli just enough so that it is still crunchy on the inside

Drain well and place into a mixing bowl

Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat

Add garlic and fry for 30 sec

Then add into the broccoli, along with half of the cheddar cheese, salt, ground black pepper, and gently mix

Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese

Bake in the oven for 20-30 min until the cheese is melted and browned

Serve and enjoy! *NOTE: feel free to adjust the seasoning to your taste or use your favourite spices instead
