1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 pinch Garlic Powder
 
1.5 tbsp Soft Cheese
 
80g Broccoli
 
50g Pork Sausage
 
2 tbsp Cheddar Cheese
 
2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese

Instructions:
1.

Preheat an oven to 180°C

Add broccoli to a microwave-safe bowl along with 17g of water

Cover tightly with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 min

Let sit, covered, for 2 min

While broccoli is steaming in the microwave, slice the sausage into thin rounds and add to a hot skillet over medium heat

Cook, stirring occasionally, until sausage is browned, about 5-7 min

Add soft cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, and ground black pepper to a small bowl and mix well to combine

Stir the soft cheese mixture and browned sausage into the steamed broccoli until well combined
