2 tsp Olive Oil
 
4 Egg(s)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
75g Cheddar Cheese
 
40g Spinach
 
4 tbsp Water

Instructions:

Whisk the eggs with water until smooth and slightly frothy

Blend in half of the grated cheddar cheese, salt, and ground black pepper

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat

Pour in the egg mixture and let it sit for a few minutes

Lower the heat and continue to cook until the egg mixture is almost cooked through

Add the remaining cheddar cheese and spinach

Fold the omelette and slide it onto the plate
