116g Broccoli
 
2 cloves Garlic Cloves
 
155g Cheddar Cheese
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 pinch Ground Nutmeg
 
1 pinch Mustard Powder
 
70g Mushrooms

Instructions:
1.

Fill the medium-size pot with 454 grams of water

Add halved mushrooms to the pot size colander or steamer, cover it with lid, bring to boil, then, reduce to simmer and steam for 5 min

Cut broccoli into smaller pieces and add to the colander together with mushrooms

Steam the vegetables for another 5 min

In the meantime add cheese to a medium-size saucepan (you can also use a fondue set if present), melt on low heat for about 5-10 min

Add 2-3 tbsp of water for consistency if desired

Add garlic, mustard powder, ground black pepper, and nutmeg to the cheese

Stir well and constantly

Transfer cheese to a bowl, arrange cooked and drained vegetables, and enjoy!
