100g Courgette (Zucchini)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
 
2 tbsp Dill
 
25g Bacon
 
2 Egg(s)
 
4 leaves Lettuce
 
1 tsp Mustard

Instructions:
1.

In a small pot with boiling water, boil the eggs for about 8-10 minutes for hard yolk eggs

Cool eggs under cold running water, peel and chop them

Heat a frying pan over medium heat

When hot, add bacon slices in a single layer

Cook for 1-2 minutes on both sides until browned and crispy

Drain the bacon slices on kitchen paper and chop them into small pieces

In a bowl, add chopped eggs and bacon, courgette, mayonnaise, mustard, lettuce, and salt

Toss until eggs are fully coated and ingredients are well-combined

When ready to serve, add fresh dill and lightly toss to combine
