Ingredients:
 
2 tbsp Canola Oil
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice
 
1 pinch Garlic Powder
 
1 pinch Dried Oregano
 
70g (0.50 cup) Courgette (Zucchini)
 
70g (0.50 cup) Broccoli
 
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
 
115g Chicken Breast
 
40g Cauliflower
 
1 tsp Mustard

Instructions:
1.

Marinate chicken breast with canola oil, mustard, salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, and oregano for at least 10 min

Place cauliflower in a food processor and pulse until the mixture resembles rice

Then add to a pot and cook for 4-5 min in boiling water

Meanwhile, place the broccoli in a steamer basket and place it in a saucepan filled with water (or use a pot with a metal strainer or colander)

Bring the water to boil, cover, and steam until crisp-tender, for about 5 min

Heat the pan over medium-high heat

Add marinated chicken breast and cook for 5-6 min on each side

When it's done leave it to cool before slicing

To a serving plate add cooked cauliflower rice, chicken, Courgette, broccoli, drizzle with lemon juice, and sprinkle with sesame seeds
