150g Cauliflower
 
75g Cheddar Cheese
 
1 tbsp Olive Oil
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
15g Cream Cheese
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
2 leaves Basil

Instructions:
1.

Cook the bacon in a pan over medium heat until the bacon is crispy

Set the bacon aside to cool and chop it into small pieces

Meanwhile, bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil and cook cauliflower florets until tender, for about 10 min

Drain

Add garlic, olive oil, cream cheese, cooked cauliflower, salt, and ground black pepper to a food processor and blend until cauliflower is smooth

Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C

Arrange cauliflower mash in a baking dish and top it with chopped bacon and cheddar cheese

Bake the loaded cauliflower mash in the preheated oven for 10-15 min, or until it’s heated through and the cheese has melted

7.

Serve the cauliflower casserole on a plate and garnish it with basil leaves
