Ingredients:
 
110g Cauliflower
 
110g Broccoli
 
75g Parmesan Cheese
 
20ml Olive Oil
 
50g Bacon
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 pinch Dried Oregano
 
1 pinch Chilli Flakes
 
1 pinch Dried Basil

Instructions:
1.

Bring a pot of water to the boil

Add the broccoli and cauliflower florets and cook, uncovered, until tender, for 2-3 mins

Drain and transfer to a serving plate

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat

Add chopped bacon and fry for 1-2 mins until crispy

3.

Add bacon and parmesan cheese on top of the broccoli and cauliflower florets

Season with a pinch of salt, ground black pepper, dried oregano, dried basil, and chilli flakes (optional)
