85g Cheddar Cheese
 
1 tbsp Butter
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
30g Cream Cheese
 
105g Cauliflower
 
25g Tuna Fillet
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 175°C

Chop cauliflower into small bite-sized florets and transfer to a baking dish

Add tuna and stir to combine; set aside

Add cream cheese and butter to a medium saucepan over medium-high heat; whisk until melted and fully combined

Stir in grated cheddar cheese, garlic, salt, and ground black pepper

Mix everything well

Pour the cheese mixture onto the cauliflower and tuna mixture
