80g Cheddar Cheese
 
10g Butter
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
25g Cream Cheese
 
180g Cauliflower
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
1 tbsp Parsley

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 175°C

Chop cauliflower into small bite-sized florets and transfer to a small baking dish

Add cream cheese and butter into a medium saucepan and cook over medium-high heat, stirring continuously until melted and fully combined

Stir in grated cheddar cheese, minced garlic, salt, and ground black pepper

Mix everything well

Pour the cheese mixture onto the cauliflower

Bake for 20 min or until bubbly and golden

Serve and garnish with fresh parsley
