30g Bacon
 
2 tbsp Cheddar Cheese
 
40g (0.33 cup) Mozzarella Cheese
 
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil
 
35g Pork Sausage

Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a medium pan over medium heat

In a medium bowl whisk the egg with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses

Pour the mix into the pan and cook for about 3-4 min

Carefully flip the omelet using two spatulas and cook for an additional 2 min

Set aside and keep warm

To the same pan add chopped pork sausage and pork bacon and fry for 5 min, or until lightly browned

Add the filling to the omelet, then roll up

Place the burrito into the pan and quickly reheat for 1 min
