1.5 tbsp Cheddar Cheese
 
1 tbsp Olive Oil
 
30g Bacon
 
60g (0.50 cup) Mozzarella Cheese
 
30g Pork Sausage
 
60g Tomatoes

Instructions:

In a bowl, whisk together the egg/eggs, salt, grated cheddar cheese, and mozzarella

Heat olive oil in a nonstick frying pan over medium-low heat

Pour the egg and cheese mixture into the pan, making sure the mixture spreads evenly

Cook for about 5 min or until bubbles show and the tortilla becomes golden brown

Carefully flip the tortilla using two spatulas and cook for an additional 2 min

Remove from the heat and set aside

Chop sausage, bacon, and tomato into smaller pieces and place them into the same nonstick frying pan

Then cook for about 5-7 min until bacon and sausage brown

Set aside

Transfer the filling onto the tortilla, fold over the sides, and roll until the burrito filling is secure
