1 tsp Olive Oil
 
1 tbsp Butter
 
1 Egg(s)
 
1 tsp Lemon Juice
 
2 pinches Cayenne Pepper
 
1 tbsp Sour Cream
 
30g (0.25 cup) Parmesan Cheese
 
2 pinches Salt

Instructions:

To make scrambled eggs, whisk the egg/eggs in a bowl

Then, combine whisked egg/eggs together with Parmesan cheese and soured cream

Melt half the amount of butter in a frying pan over medium heat

Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan

Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of ground cayenne pepper

Fry for a few minutes, stirring constantly, until the egg mixture sets

Add asparagus into the frying pan with butter

Drizzle the asparagus with lemon juice and season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of ground cayenne pepper
