These delectable bites are the perfect low-carb snack or side dish. The cheesy flavour pairs perfectly with the crispy, yet tender broccoli. Each bite is bursting with flavour, making it a great option for those following a ketogenic diet. These bites are simple to make, but will leave your taste buds satisfied.

Ingredients:
 
50g Broccoli
 
2 tsp Olive Oil
 
30g Ricotta Cheese
 
2 Egg(s)
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
30g Cheddar Cheese
 
1 pinch Salt

Instructions:
1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Combine in a mixing bowl, broccoli, ricotta cheese, whisked egg, cheddar cheese, olive oil, salt, and ground black pepper

Create even portions of the mixture and flatten them onto disks on a baking sheet

4.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 min
